Request InfoOpto GmbHThe CS series of high-power open heat sink diode lasers from Opto Power Corp. feature output powers up to 40 W CW. These monolithic diode arrays are available in 830-, 910- or 940-nm wavelengths, and have multiple emitters that are electrically wired in parallel. Typical emitted beam divergence is 36° > 3 <10° i. An optional cylindrical antireflection-coated fiber lens can be installed across the active region to improve the divergence. The diodes are suited for medical, industrial, and other direct thermal and illumination applications.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Jul/Aug 2023 IssueExtended InGaAs DetectorsHermetically sealed, surface-mount device-packaged 1.7- and 2.6-μm InGaAs PIN ATLAS photodiodes from Marktech Optoelectronics Inc. are designed for spacecraft, aerospace, medical, defense,...Photonics Spectra July 2023 IssueImage DetectorThe SWIFT-EI image detector from SemiConductor Devices Ltd. enables SWIR capabilities for small and large distribution defense systems, as well as commercial, machine vision, and industrial...Photonics Spectra July 2023 IssueSpectroradiometerThe SpectraScan™ PR-1050 Spectroradiometer from Photo Research is designed for applications requiring precise light measurements from a range of light sources, such as display monitors and...Vision Spectra Autumn 2022 IssueMachine Vision CamerasJAI AS has expanded its Go-X series of small machine vision cameras to include 24 new global shutter camera models with the latest Sony Pregius S CMOS sensors.
