The DBR devices, available on a C-mount or in a TO-3 package, produce 100 mW and have a linewidth <5 MHz. A model with integrated resistors is offered, which can be tuned continuously over 0.4 nm. The DFB laser diodes have an AR coating and deliver between 50 and 100 mW with a spectral width <100 MHz. A GaAsP/AlGaAs chip is mounted in a 9-mm TO package.
