A single 5-V power supply provides 500-mA drive current (1000 upon request) and 0.005 °C temperature stability. Operating temperature is from 0 to ~70 °C. An onboard DIP-14 connector facilitates mounting of an SLD module. Drive current limitation is available to protect the instrument.
