This system allows the user to insert or remove corrective first-surface optics from the light path to ensure high resolution and astigmatic 1:1 imaging over a wide wavelength range. Internal corrective optics for the 0.35- to 1.33-m focal length units are available. A comprehensive Windows software package comes with the system.
