Request InfoKeyence Corp.A new laser measurement system from Keyence Corp. of America facilitates position measurement at distances up to 28 mm with 0.1 µm precision. The LT Series combines a 2-µm-diameter laser beam and a proprietary electro-optic system to measure only after the beam is focused on the object's surface. The sensor head uses a CCD camera to provide a microscopic view of the surface. A crosshair cursor positions the laser spot to the area of interest, and a built-in oscilloscope displays topographic surface detail.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra July 2023 IssueIR Laser DiodeThe SPL PL90AT03 IR laser diode from ams OSRAM offers 75-W peak power and narrow 110-µm aperture for performance in long-distance lidar and time-of-flight sensing applications.
