The new TIA-525 comes with a 9-V lithium battery and a switching 120/220-V power supply, providing interchangeable plugs for use worldwide. The converter works with any oscilloscope that has a BNC input connector, and both silicon and InGaAs detectors are available. Bandwidth is 125 MHz, with selectable transimpedance ranges and postamplifier gains.
