Request InfoSanta Barbara Infrared Inc.Santa Barbara Focalplane has announced the SBF191, a digital 640 × 512 high-speed, infrared focal plane array that offers 14-bit digital output at up to 42.5 million pixels per second. It includes on-chip FPA digitizers that eliminate noise sources, and it requires less power than an equivalent analog FPA. The array has an InSb sensor that operates from <1 to 5.3 µm and snapshot integration from <0.3 µs to near full-frame time. It offers 20-µm pixels and has a charge capacity of 7 million electrons.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 8/2/2023Phase ModulatorsThe ROF-PM-UV series of low-VPI phase modulators from Beijing Rofea Optoelectronics Co.
