The X-, X-Y and X-Y-Z systems can be combined with the M-116 miniature rotary stage and equipped with high-speed piezo drives for nanometer-precision scanning and positioning. The stages each have a 62 × 60-mm footprint and deliver 50-nm true minimum incremental motion. Customers can choose between lead-screw and ball-screw drives, and between closed-loop DC and stepper motors.
