Request InfoVisible Even in Direct SunlightLEDtronics Inc.TORRANCE, Calif., May 17, 2007 -- LEDtronics Inc. has introduced a discrete 5-mm (T1½) standard dome aqua-green LED, the LD200-0AG-15D. The 525-nm aqua-green LED, with a water-clear lens and a 15-degree viewing angle, uses an indium gallium nitride (InGaN) diode with optical-grade epoxy to produce a 28,000-mcd illumination at 20 mA that is visible even in direct sunlight. LD200-0AG-15D is a next-generation aqua-green LED that lights up many different types of applications. They can be used as individual pixels in a large dot-matrix screen, full color screens, moving signs, displays, minilamps, standard electrical-based...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 2/1/2024SLEDsExalos has released three superluminescent LEDs (SLEDs) for interferometry, fiber sensing and fiber component testing, and biomedical imaging.
