Request InfoShort-Pulse Ultrafast Laser Offers Higher Power Coherent Inc.SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 13, 2007 -- The new Micra-10 from Coherent Inc. is the first one-box ultrafast laser oscillator to deliver over 750 mW of broadband output power, the company said. As with other products in the Micra line, this wide spectral-bandwidth (more than 75 nm from the Micra-10) can be externally compressed to produce pulses in the range of 10 to 15 fs. In addition, Coherent said, the Micra-10 offers the flexibility of center wavelength tunability, as well as user-adjustable spectral bandwidth. Micra-10 is a one-box laser in which the Verdi green pump-laser and the broadband titanium:sapphire ultrafast...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics.com March 2024 Issue380-nm Laser ModuleThe IQ1C195(380-210) from Power Technology is a continuous wave high-power 380-nm laser diode module for high-end analytical and scientific applications, such as bioanalysis, fluorescence, and Raman...BioPhotonics May/Jun 2023 IssueTunable Laser SystemThe Tunable Laser System from Spectrolight Inc. is an all-in-one tunable light source system that enables precise selection of a broad spectral range from 410 to 1650 nm and easy bandwidth adjustment...BioPhotonics Mar/Apr 2024 IssueRed Microscopy LaserThe OBIS 640 XT from Coherent Corp. is a red diode-pumped solid-state laser module for super-resolution microscopy.
