DILAS Diodenlaser GmbHMAINZ, Germany, July 11, 2007 -- Semiconductor laser maker Dilas Diodenlaser GmbH has unveiled its new Compact series, an air-cooled, fiber coupled, high-power diode laser system with a very small footprint. The new system features Dilas' conduction cooled, single- and multibar-based, 400-µm fiber-coupled diode laser modules and is operated via its integrated power supply and computerized control unit. The integrated temperature-stabilized TEC air-cooling, combined with the fiber coupling, makes this product line an easy-to-use solution for OEM integrators as well as scientific applications, the company said.
