Request InfoMesa Photonics LLCA high-speed optical delay line, based on a tuned servo system, has been released by Mesa Photonics LLC. Offering 150-nm precision and 220-ppm long-term repeatability, the device bolts directly to an optical table. It has a 15-mm aperture, up to 30-mm beam spacing and a 1-kHz response frequency. The device has a 1-cm range, with up to 3-cm also available. The line is USB-controlled and has applications in pump-probe experiments, in autocorrelation and in terahertz spectroscopy. LabView-compatible software is included.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPHOTONICS HANDBOOK ARTICLESPhotonics HandbookOptical Delay Lines: Key to Time-Resolved MeasurementsOne of the most critical elements of any time-resolved spectroscopy and dynamics experiment is the optical delay line.
