Request InfoPrior Scientific Inc.Prior Scientific Inc. has introduced the NZ500CE NanoScanZ Piezo 500, a micron stage system for deconvolution and for 3-D imaging techniques. It offers 5-nm repeatability and 500-μm movement and includes closed-loop control utilizing a subangstrom-resolution piezo resistive sensor and RS-232/USB or analog (0 to 10-V) control. It is compatible with software that already has been programmed to control piezo objectives. The system has a step response of 15 ms, a typical in-plane tilt of 20 μrad and an operating temperature range of 5 to 50°C.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics May/Jun 2023 IssueUVC LEDsThe SF1 far UV-C 235-nm LED series and the SN3 deep UV-C 255-nm LED series from the Silanna Group are available in either 120° or 30° viewing angle surface-mount packages.
