The instruments offer a scan range of 0 to 1400 nm with a 1200 g/mm grating, repeatability of ±0.05 nm and a drive step size of 0.005 nm. The systems include monochromator control software and a set of utilities, and they feature motorized slits and interchangeable grating turrets.
