Request InfoRenishaw Inc.Renishaw Inc.'s Raman Imaging Microscope combines 2-D imaging and scanning spectroscopy in one system. Suitable for research and quality inspection of semi- and superconductors, carbon fibers and diamond films, the microscope scans to a spatial resolution of 1 µm and a spectral resolution down to 0.2 cm-1, and provides graphic output in the form of 2-D Raman images, and 2- and 3-D spectral plots. A 25-mW laser performs the scan. Choices include Ar+, doubled Ar+, HeNe and semiconductor lasers.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content September 2022 IssueCRISP Autofocus SystemThe Continuous Reflection Interface Sampling and Positioning system (CRISP) is designed to maintain focus over time, i.e., to compensate for thermal and other factors that may cause the sample to...Photonics.com 11/16/2022sCMOS CameraThe Sona-6 back-illuminated sCMOS camera from Andor Technology can be used for life science research and detection in challenging, light-starved imaging applications.
