Request InfoIDEX Health & Science - Semrock Optical FiltersSemrock Inc. has added to its BrightLine family of fluorescence filters a high-performance series that is specially designed and optimized for laser excitation. They are designed for use in laser-scanning and spinning-disk confocal microscopes as well as in total internal reflection fluorescence microscopes. They offer low-ripple passbands and steep transi-tions from reflection to transmission (<2.5% of the longest laser wavelength). Manufactured with hard-coated ion-beam sputtering technology, the filters are backed by a five-year warranty.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra October 2023 IssueMultiphoton Confocal MicroscopeThe AX R MP super-resolution multiphoton confocal microscope with the Nikon Spatial Array Confocal (NSPARC) detector is designed for observing deep areas within large living organisms with high...BioPhotonics May/Jun 2023 IssueMonochrome Microscope CameraThe Digital Sight 50M monochrome microscope camera from Nikon Instruments Inc. conducts high-precision analysis and large-volume sampling for use in applications such as well plate screening. ...BioPhotonics Sep/Oct 2023 IssueOptical Stereo MicroscopesThe third-generation range of Mantis ergonomic optical stereo microscopes from Vision Engineering Ltd. feature improved optics for hand-to-eye coordination and depth perception.
