Request InfoOZ Optics LimitedOz Optics Ltd. has introduced a polarization extinction ratiometer that analyzes light from a fiber. The meter reports the polarization extinction ratio of the light up to 30 dB, as well as the orientation of the polarization with respect to the connector key on the fiber with 1° resolution. In real-time mode, it measures the current polarization and updates the result twice per second. The meter's test mode monitors the output polarization while thermally stressing the fiber over a 30-s interval.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaWEBINARSPhotonics.com 1/12/2023A Proven, Portable, and PIC-Based Methodology for Cultivating a Next-Generation WorkforceWith the passage of the CHIPS and Science Act and growing demand for photonic integrated circuit technology, the semiconductor industry is once again gaining momentum.
