Request InfoMultibeam OCT scanner Michelson Diagnostics Ltd.KENT, England, July 14, 2009 – Michelson Diagnostics Ltd. has launched the VivoSight multibeam optical coherence tomography (OCT) scanner that provides high-resolution state-of-the art subsurface images of skin and other tissue in real time and in vivo through the use of a compact ergonomically designed handheld probe. The probe is designed for use on external tissue, such as for imaging skin microstructure, with an isotropic resolution of better than 10 µm to a depth of up to 2 mm. Scan rates vary from 6.5 to 35 fps, depending upon the scan width which, in turn, can be varied up to 5 mm. The probe has full X-Y...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Jul/Aug 2022 IssueOptical Parametric OscillatorThe 17OPO-1-50 S Optical Parametric Oscillator from AMS Technologies AG generates short laser pulses for applications in the field of photoacoustic imaging.
