Request InfoOZ Optics LimitedOz Optics Ltd.'s variable fiber optic delay lines can create delays of up to 0.3 ns with 30-fs resolution. By adjusting the distance between the fiber optic collimator and the focuser, which are mounted on a movable translation stage, users can control the delay time within the device. The delay lines are hand-adjustable with either lead screws or micrometers; motorized versions using either servo- or stepper motors also are available. Insertion loss is 1.5 dB over the travel range, and available wavelengths range from 400 to 1625 nm.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Showcase March 2024 IssueLiquid Light GuidesLiquid Light Guides are flexible, unbreakable, and very durable, and they have significantly better transmission, more homogeneous illumination, and a larger aperture than fiber bundles at lower...Photonics Spectra May 2023 IssueSwept Photonics AnalyzerThe SPA-100 Swept Photonics Analyzer from Santec Corp. uses optical frequency domain reflectometry technology to analyze fiber optic and photonic devices with a spatial resolution of 5 μm or...Photonics Spectra January 2024 IssueCo-Packaged Optics SwitchThe 51.2T co-packaged optics (CPO) network switch system from Micas Networks in collaboration with Broadcom Inc. was made for adoption in AI/machine learning cloud infrastructures.
