DILAS Diodenlaser GmbHMAINZ, Germany, September 21, 2009 – Dilas has announced its smallest design within the fiber-coupled multibar module series. The two-bar module delivers up to 80-W output from a 400-µm core diameter fiber at 808 and 976 nm, and 30-W output at 1550 nm. It has a low numerical aperture of <0.22 and wall plug efficiency of >35%. The design is based on industry-standard conductively cooled bars that can be cooled with industrial-grade water or thermoelectrically air-cooled. Achieving high brightness and high efficiency, this new module has demonstrated a lifetime greater than 10,000 h under 80-W continuous-wave operating...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 6/16/2022Oxygen Sensing VCSELsThe 760-nm and 763-nm VCSEL solutions from TRUMPF Photonic Components are designed for oxygen sensing in industrial applications.
