Request InfoUniverse Kogaku (America) Inc.OYSTER BAY, N.Y., July 29, 2010 — Universe Kogaku America adds to its existing line of quartz lenses a 12-mm lens with iris and focus lock for imaging applications in the nonvisible light spectrum. Available from stock in a wide range of focal lengths, the UV1228CM f/2.8 ultraviolet lenses are well suited to forensic, industrial, scientific and other imaging applications. The company designed and manufactured the lenses as a reasonably priced solution to the growing need for imaging in other than the visible spectrum. The broad transmission range of the quartz elements extends well into the infrared as well.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra May 2024 IssueMicrospectrometersThe Lightblades™ Spectrometers from CRAIC Technologies are specifically designed for microspectroscopy in research, industrial, and academic applications.
