Request InfoCobolt ABCobolt AB has enhanced the performance of Samba, a diode-pumped solid-state laser that operates at 532 nm. Besides providing 25-, 50- or 100-mW CW output, the single longitudinal-mode laser now offers 150 mW. It is available with either a compact OEM controller for system integration or a CDRH controller for stand-alone lab use. The instrument delivers a beam quality of M2<1.2 and noise intensity of <0.3% rms, while consuming minimal power. Applications include bioanalysis, Raman spectroscopy and interferometry.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra April 2024 IssueLaser Engine ModulesThe ML6600 from Modulight is a compact laser solution platform featuring customizable options including a specialized laser engine for flow cytometry, and distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) and...BioPhotonics Jul/Aug 2023 IssueUpright MicroscopeThe ECLIPSE Ni-L upright microscope from Nikon Corp. features LED illumination that closely resembles natural light.
