The new series features a very high radiant flux of 30 mW at a peak wavelength of 1050 nm, which is long for an SLD and unique among the company’s range. In common with all SLDs, the L11341 series exhibits very low coherency, especially compared to a typical laser diode. And unlike an LED, the emission area is very small.
