The linear InGaAs array instrument offers 256 pixels, high throughput and dynamic range, with thermoelectric cooling down to —15 °C and a standard spectral range from 1550 to 2550 nm. It is designed with four levels of gain, producing good results for most applications in low-light-level near-IR detection.
