The 635-nm modules offer diode compatibility and are suitable for surveying, leveling, alignment, positioning and bar-code reading applications. The modules include a precision current source that delivers up to 120 mA of drive current to n- or p-type diodes. Output power now ranges from 0.1 to 100 mW.
