Request InfoHamamatsu CorporationBRIDGEWATER, N.J., Nov. 7, 2011 — Hamamatsu Corp. has introduced two miniature Raman spectrometers. The C11713CA and C11714CA offer spectral resolution of 0.3 nm and high throughput for Raman spectroscopy and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. They comprise a back-thinned CCD image sensor, a driver circuit and optical elements including a quartz transmission grating. There are no moving parts, so stable measurements are obtained at all times. The back-thinned CCD has low etaloning characteristics, decreasing the chance of fluctuations in sensitivity. The C11713CA’s CCD image sensor has 2048 pixels and...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics May/Jun 2023 IssueBandpass FiltersThe ADVANTECH™ hard coat bandpass filters from Andover Corp. offer steep slopes, high light transmission, durability, and long life for demanding applications.
