Request InfoNational Instruments Corp.A color image acquisition board from National Instruments maintains image captures despite variable lighting. The board provides real-time conversion of NTSC, PAL and S-Video formats to the hue, saturation and luminance image planes. The company says the IMAQ PCI-1411 makes inspection systems more reliable because the hue plane is effective for analyzing images when shadows and lighting gradients are present. The board is suitable for monochrome applications, and inspection of light-emitting diodes, textiles and pharmaceutical blister packs.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra November 2023 IssueLEDiL Optics KitThe New Energy LEDiL Optics Kit (NELOK) from NewEnergy consists of a single LED mounted on a printed circuit board and attached to a heatsink along with 15 lenses, three each from five lens families....Photonics.com 3/15/2024Corrosion and Weld ScannersThe MapROVER™ (shown) and SteerROVER™ from Evident Corporation are phased array inspection solutions for weld and corrosion inspections.
