Boyd Corp.Aspen stainless steel heat exchangers from Lytron Inc. are engineered for ultraclean operation, which makes them suitable for laser applications that require high-purity water and for applications that use corrosive liquids. The devices' design allows reduced weight, lower air and liquid side pressure drop and improved internal cleanliness when compared with older models. To avoid contamination of the cooling fluid, the liquid side returns eliminate trapped particles, and the Aspen is manufactured without contaminating lubricants. Six standard sizes of the heat exchangers are available.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaWEBINARSPhotonics.com 1/9/2023Innovations in Ultrashort-Pulse and RF-Excited CO2 Lasers Expand Materials Processing ApplicationsIndustrial laser materials processing is constantly evolving.
