Request InfoCarl Zeiss Microscopy LLCThe M1 model of the LSM 510 laser scanning microscope from Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH contains a low-noise, red HeNe laser and two confocal recording channels. It is available with laser lines ranging from 351 to 633 nm and two, three or four detection channels. It uses reflectance measurements to record 3-D structures made from a variety of materials. A 4-D scan permits data stacks to be recorded in time, a spline scan allows scanning of any freehand line, and a tile scan produces a mosaiclike low-power image made of up to 15 x 15 single images.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content January 2023 IssueSingle-Objective Light SheetThe single-objective light sheet geometry – known in the literature as OPM, SCAPE, SOPi, eSPIM, and SOLS – enables 4D fluorescence imaging of biological samples at high speed and low...Photonics Showcase February 2023 IssueMicroMirror TIRF MicroscopeThe MicroMirror TIRF microscope is a unique single-molecule microscope.
