Teledyne Princeton Instruments
Princeton Instruments has launched the PyLoN-IR, controllerless, cryogenically cooled CCD cameras for spectroscopy. The linear InGaAs photodiode array cameras are designed for quantitative near-infrared and short-wavelength-infrared applications that demand high sensitivity, including photoluminescence and Raman spectroscopy. Liquid nitrogen cooling reduces the dark current that occurs from thermal energy within the CCD, and indium metal seals enhance vacuum longevity. The InGaAs detector offers 16-bit digitization, a rate of up to 6600 spectra per second and low system read...See full product
