Request InfoCarl Zeiss Microscopy LLCTHORNWOOD, N.Y., Feb. 26, 2014 — Carl Zeiss Microscopy LLC has released the Elyra P.1 3-D superresolution light microscope for applications in the life and materials sciences. Using PALM (photoactivated localization microscopy) or dSTORM (direct stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy) techniques, the device can localize fluorescently labeled structures in 3-D with resolutions down to 20 nm laterally and 50 nm axially. Users can correlate superresolution data with electron microscopy images.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Sep/Oct 2023 IssueMicrospectrophotometerThe 2030XL PRO™ Microspectrophotometer from CRAIC Technologies Inc. is a high-performance instrument for advanced materials analysis.
