Request InfoVI Systems GmbHBERLIN, Nov. 24, 2014 — VI Systems GmbH has introduced the VHXT6212A-840 transmitter and VHXR6212A-840 receiver boards for short-reach data communication. The ultrahigh-speed optical link devices are based on 850-nm vertical-cavity surface-emitting transmitter chip arrays and PIN photodetectors. The transmitter testboard is specified with a power consumption of less than 200 mW per channel. The 12-channel devices are designed for a test environment with short-reach optical interconnects up to 300 m in distance.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 4/2/2024Optical Transport SolutionsThe optical transport solutions from Nokia are meant for optical transport, IP routing, and PON applications and include coherent optical transceivers, a photonic engine, and a multihaul transceiver....Photonics Spectra December 2023 IssuePluggable Optical Channel MonitorThe QSFP OCM (optical channel monitor) from PhotonPath, in collaboration with Jabil, is a pluggable optical channel monitor on a quad small form factor pluggable (QSFP) form factor created as a...Photonics.com 2/27/2024400G Multirate ModuleThe MU104014B from Anritsu Corporation is a 400G QSFP-DD multirate module that supports the interface standard OpenZR+.
