Request InfoApplied Scientific Instrumentation Inc.ASI has developed a new form of light sheet microscopy with our collaborators in the scientific community. The diSPIM system from ASI is an extremely cell friendly system for imaging live specimens as it only illuminates the region of the specimen that is being viewed, reducing phototoxicity and reducing photobleaching ~7-10 fold. Unlike other SPIM systems, the diSPIM allows the use of conventional mounting and glass coverslips.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 2/8/2024Fluorescence Imaging LensesThe Melles Griot XPLAN™ CCG Lens Series from IDEX Health & Science are fluorescence microscope imaging lenses for life science and medical applications.
