Request InfoOSI Laser Diode Inc.EDISON, N.J., March 12, 2015 — OSI Laser Diode Inc. has introduced the SCW 1632-350R, a high-power, pulsed laser diode module for optical testing applications. Housed in a 14-pin butterfly package, the new ridge waveguide Fabry-Perot laser diode is optically coupled to a single-mode fiber pigtail and includes a thermoelectric cooler and an electrically isolated temperature-sensing thermistor. The module operates at 1625 nm and features optical power of 350 mW (typically). Suited for applications where high-peak pulsed optical power is required, the new device is specifically designed for use in optical spectrum...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Jul/Aug 2022 IssueOptical Parametric OscillatorThe 17OPO-1-50 S Optical Parametric Oscillator from AMS Technologies AG generates short laser pulses for applications in the field of photoacoustic imaging.
