Using a mounted smart camera above a conveyor belt, vials are inspected at 30 fps. The software detects scratches and inclusions in the glass while checking if the dots and rings of the vials are in the proper position while measuring length and width. Users can create inspection programs themselves with a drag-and-drop function offering the ability to create easy or complex programs without programing skills. The plug-in...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision Spectra Autumn 2022 IssueEmbedded Vision SystemThe VC Stereo Cam from Vision Components GmbH is an embedded vision system for 3D and dual-camera applications.
