Request InfoApplied Scientific Instrumentation Inc.ASI has developed a new form of light sheet microscopy with our collaborators in the scientific community. The diSPIM system from ASI is an extremely cell friendly system for imaging live specimens as it only illuminates the region of the specimen that is being viewed, reducing phototoxicity and reducing photobleaching ~7-10 fold. Unlike other SPIM systems, the diSPIM allows the use of conventional mounting and glass coverslips.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content May 2023 IssuePowerful LED Illumination for Every ApplicationCoolLED, a global expert in LED microscopy illumination, is helping scientists reach the full potential of their widefield fluorescence microscopy and optogenetics experiments with its broad range of...Promoted Content September 2022 IssueAward-winning Microscopy IlluminationCoolLED, a global expert in LED microscopy illumination, is helping scientists reach the full potential of their widefield fluorescence microscopy and optogenetics experiments with the popular pE-300...BioPhotonics Nov/Dec 2023 IssueCompact Femtosecond Fiber LaserThe Carmel X-515 ultracompact laser head from Calmar Laser is a fiber-based femtosecond laser offered in both a scientific — CDRH compliant — version with front panel control knobs and an...Photonics.com 2/28/2023Piezo Objective ScannerThe Nano Scan OP800 piezo objective scanner from Prior Scientific Inc. features a mechanical design and integral capacitive feedback for positioning accuracy.
