Teledyne FLIRMEER, Belgium, April 19, 2017 — The GFx320 Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) camera from Flir Systems Inc. is designed for use inside ATEX Zone 2 hazardous locations. The GFx320 meets sensitivity standards and automatically tags files with the GPS data often required for regulatory reporting. It is capable of imaging a gas that is half methane/half propane at a concentration of 10,000 ppm at a flow rate of 60g/hr or less, from a ¼-in. diameter orifice. The camera is capable of imaging a wide array of gas compounds and was designed to see the hydrocarbons of methane, benzene, propane, butane, ethane, ethanol,...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 8/24/2022Digital Output EncodersNisshinbo Micro Devices Inc.’s NJL5821R and NJL5822R two-phase digital output encoders with optical reflection have been announced by MACNICA ATD Europe GmbH and are suited for detecting...Vision Spectra Autumn 2023 IssueInspection OpticsThe PCHI series of inspection optics from Opto Engineering expands with the PCHI3M optic models, designed for sensors up to 1.1 in. in size.
