Request InfoFRAMOS GmbHTAUFKIRCHEN, Germany, June 8, 2017 — Framos GmbH has announced the Sony IMX385 sensor, which features high SNR1s value and performance for industrial and safety applications. By using a new-generation 3.75-µm pixel, the ½-in. IMX385 Full HD sensor doubles sensitivity to 2350 mV compared to the IMX185. Super High Conversion Gain technology uses a floating diffusion with a lower capacity, which leads to a higher conversion gain. Thanks to this, a higher voltage and therefore higher sensitivity is achieved even at for low amount of charge in the pixel due to a low number of incident photons. The Sony IMX385...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision Spectra Summer 2023 IssueVision System Development KitThe FSM-IMX570 Devkit from FRAMOS provides vision system engineers with a simple, coherent framework for developing a working prototype of an embedded indirect Time-of-Flight (iToF) embedded vision...Photonics.com 10/13/2023EVS Development KitThe FSM-IMX636 Development Kit from FRAMOS is a platform that allows developers to explore the capabilities of event-based vision sensing (EVS) technology and test potential benefits of using the...Photonics.com 9/14/2023Industrial CameraThe ILX-LR1 from Sony is an interchangeable lens camera designed for industrial use with approximately 61 megapixels 35 mm full-frame image sensor made for inspection, investigation, surveying, and...Photonics.com 2/14/2024Optical Sensor ModulesThe FSM:GO series from FRAMOS is a family of deployable optical sensor modules for use in defense, traffic, industrial automation, surveying, mapping, and logistics applications.
