The IF-E91A-R and IF-E96-R use the industry-standard 1000-µm- core 2.2-mm-jacket plastic fiber. When this fiber is used with LEDs, there is no need to terminate or polish the fiber ends. The IF-E91A-R and IF-E96-R have peak wavelengths of 950 and 660 nm and spectral bandwidths of 40 and 20 nm, respectively.
