Teradyne announced that Mark E. Jagiela has been promoted to president of its Semiconductor Test Division, replacing Michael Bradley, who was recently promoted to president. As a vice president at Teradyne since 2001, Jagiela was responsible for marketing and business unit management for Semiconductor Test. . . . CECOM has selected Rockwell Collins to supply global positioning system (GPS) engines to the US Army; the two-year contract has an estimated value of $30 million. Rockwell Collins is providing a small, lightweight, third-generation GPS receiver that offers geolocation and precise positioning capabilities for military navigation, tactical communications, battlefield computing and other equipment.
