Portola Valley, Calif.-based Spectros Corp., an advanced molecular sensing and imaging devices licenser and marketer, has signed an agreement with Caliper Life Sciences of Hopkinton, Mass., to allow the latter company limited access to its optical imaging technologies. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
