  • Apogee Changes Name, Relocates
Aug 2010
ROSEVILLE, Calif., Aug. 12, 2010 — Apogee Instruments Inc. announced its name has changed to Apogee Imaging Systems Inc., effective immediately.

The more accurate name defines the full range of products that Apogee provides to its customers. In addition, the company said it represents a significant step in its growth.

The company supplies cooled CCD cameras, some of which have orbited the Earth on past missions, and will once again orbit in June 2012.

Besides changing its name, the company will relocate to a new state-of-the-art facility, doubling its capacity to satisfy its expanding business. All contact phone numbers, extensions and banking information will remain the same.
