Headwall Partners with Ocean Spray on Spectral Imaging for Agriculture

Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. will try to improve the quality and yield of its cranberries using spectral imaging systems from Headwall Photonics Inc.

The two companies will cooperate to test a new class of machine vision inspection capabilities for real-time assessment of product quality for many different types of agricultural processing applications.

Headwall has supplied customized multispectral and hyperspectral technology to the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA, the Treasury Department and the Environmental Protection Agency.
