Danaher Corp. of Des Plaines, Ill., has acquired Imaging Sciences International Inc. of Hatfield, Pa. The latter manufactures i-CAT cone beam 3-D dental imaging systems, which the former intends to add to its 2-D product lines. Sullivan-Schein, a company of Henry Schein in Melville, N.Y., will continue to distribute the device in the US. Imaging Sciences will retain its staff and operate as a stand-alone division.
