Ophthalmic Imaging Systems (OIS) of Sacramento, Calif., has entered into a nonbinding agreement to acquire MediVision Medical Imaging Ltd. of Yokneam, Israel, a majority shareholder in OIS. Under the terms of the agreement, the Israeli company’s outstanding shares will be converted into shares of OIS common stock, and the company will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of OIS.
