Rohm and Haas Co. of Philadelphia, a developer of technologies for the specialty materials industry, has gained controlling interest in Gracel Display Inc. of Seoul, South Korea, a developer and manufacturer of organic LEDs, for approximately $40 million. The acquisition broadens the American company’s display technologies business.
