Get Your Innovation On
The Prism Awards for Photonics Innovation honor the best new photonic products from around the world, with applications from more than 35 countries to date. Products are judged by an independent panel including venture capitalists, luminaries and visionaries – all considered experts in their fields. Past finalists and winners reflect the diversity of the progam, ranging from large companies such as General Electric, Coherent and Hamamatsu to small enterprises like Swamp Optics, Optotune and WiTec.
Since 2008, Photonics Media and SPIE have partnered to recognize companies creating products that make a difference. Dubbed the "Photonics Oscar" by OptecNet Deutschland, the Prism Awards ceremony is held every year in conjunction with SPIE Photonics West in San Francisco.
