Request InfoOZ Optics LimitedOz Optics Ltd. has introduced miniature polarizing splitters to its fiber optic product line. The devices feature extinction ratios of up to 30 dB, and insertion and return losses of 0.6 dB and -60 dB, respectively. Splitters are available in 1 x 2 and 2 x 2 versions for the C-, L- and S-bands, as well as for other wavelengths. They come in a "T" shape or in an in-line design, and their input and output fibers can be single mode or polarization-maintaining.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Showcase May 2024 IssueTrueLase™ Yb Gain FibersThe TrueLase™ Series of Ytterbium doped Gain Optical Fiber was designed to meet the ever-increasing market demand for higher-power multi-kilowatt fiber lasers and engineered for optimal...Photonics Spectra December 2023 IssuePluggable Optical Channel MonitorThe QSFP OCM (optical channel monitor) from PhotonPath, in collaboration with Jabil, is a pluggable optical channel monitor on a quad small form factor pluggable (QSFP) form factor created as a...Photonics.com 7/18/2023Fiber StripperThe Fujikura SS-110 Specialty Fiber Stripper from AFL is designed for fiber splicing applications in industries such as military, oil and gas, and medicine.
