Request InfoFujikura Europe Ltd.Fujikura Europe Ltd. has introduced a series of miniature optical components designed for environments that are tight on space, such as metropolitan networks. Gain-flattening filters that measure 22 mm in length and 2 mm in diameter are based on proprietary microrod lenses and the company's reduced-cladding 80-µm fibers, which decrease the bend diameter of the internal fiber to 20 mm. Erbium-doped, Panda and dispersion-compensating versions are available. These fibers also are used in miniature WDM and 28-mm-long and 3-mm-diameter tap couplers.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra November 2023 IssueOptical Fiber AccessoriesThe SS110 automatic specialty stripper and CT110 and CT111 automatic specialty cleavers from Fujikura were designed with versatility and ease of use in mind.
