Precision Optical Coatings PG&O provides precision optical components and a complete line of optical coatings for military/aerospace, medical and industrial applications. In-house fabrication and coating facilities include 72- and 36-in. chambers to accommodate substrate diameters as large as 24 in., a Class 10,000 cleanroom and complete CNC capabilities for start-to-finish precision glass products.

PG&O fabricates flat surface optics, including prisms, with flatness to 1/20 and surface quality as good as 10-5. We provide a wide variety of coatings, including antireflection coatings, beamsplitters, hot mirrors, cold mirrors, Max-R reflectors and dichroic filters, from the near-UV to the near-IR.

Our in-house fabrication capabilities allow PG&O to offer the shortest delivery times in the industry. Off-the-shelf products can be shipped within 48 hours. We maintain a close working relationship with our customers -- from initial consultation through delivery of finished products. We also provide cost-effective solutions for your individual requirements. Precision optics are available in large, small or prototype quantities.
